Klinger Quantum – A new generation of Klinger
A unique sealing material with exceptional elasticity at high temperatures. A material that does not burn and harden, but remains always elastic and resistant to hydraulic shocks and temperature expansion.
Quantum approaches the properties of graphite sealant, while being significantly easier to store, transport and cut gaskets with hand tools.
It is made of high quality fibers and fillers, connected by means of high temperature resistant HNBR elastomer.
Composition and application:
Optimal combination of synthetic fibers connected by high temperature resistant HNBR elastomer.
Suitable for use with oils, water, steam, gas, salt solutions, fuels, alcohols, organic and inorganic acids, hydrocarbons, lubricants and refrigerants.

Non-stick coating of sealing materials:
All KLINGER Sil sealing materials have a special non-stick coating with low adhesiveness, which allows easy separation of the finished gaskets from the installation site. Graphite coatings are also made to order.
