KLINGERSIL\u00ae sealing materials<\/h2>\n

KLINGER has repeatedly set standards for the durability of CNAF (compressed asbestos-free fibres), i.e. fiber reinforced calendered densified materials. KLINGERSIL \u00ae offers excellent resistance to high temperature, mechanical or chemical resistance in various fields, also meeting the specific requirements of different industries. In addition, KLINGERSIL \u00ae can be easily cut and impresses with its ease of processing.<\/p>\n

KLINGER\u00ae PTFE sealing materials<\/h2>\n

The series of PTFE sealing materials guarantees maximum chemical resistance and is suitable for various applications. KLINGER’s exclusive product range is primarily aimed at the chemical industry and is tailored to the respective requirements. These include tightness even at low surface pressure, high resistance to strong acids or strong alkaline solutions, as well as good properties at medium and low temperatures.<\/p>\n

Graphite-laminate KLINGER\u00ae PSM, SLS<\/h2>\n

Graphite based seals are suitable for temperatures between -200\u00b0C and up to 550\u00b0C and offer resistance to a wide range of chemicals. Equipped with a non-stick layer specially developed for this purpose, KLINGER graphite-laminate sealing materials can be easily removed from the flange \u2013 even after use at high temperatures.<\/p>\n

KLINGER\u00ae Milam (mica)<\/h2>\n

KLINGER\u00a0\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0Milam Mica Laminate is a soft sealing material that has been specially developed for very high temperature installations. It is the preferred choice for applications such as exhaust pipes, manifolds, turbines, turbochargers and fuel pipes and can withstand temperatures up to 900\u00b0C in continuous operation.<\/p>\n

Metal gaskets<\/h2>\n

Broom packings and spiral wound packings are an older design, often used in petrochemical plants. To increase the tightness of the spiral wound gasket, a soft sealing material such as graphite is added to the spiral. This results in an extremely secure and robust connection.
