Under pressure, the lamellas of the elastic sealing sleeve are pressed against the body wall and thus an excellent tightness is achieved. Three different types of bushings are available:
- PTFE: For chemicals, aggressive environments and the food industry
- KAF: For applications with temperatures up to 400 °C
- KOR-AF: The standard sealing sleeve for operating temperatures up to 250 °C
● Quick opening/closing: turn only 90º
● A wide sealing zone ensures reliable tightness
● Simple design (only one moving part) ensures trouble-free operation.
● Absence of corrosion and the congestion caused by it.
● The seal can be changed quickly without disassembling the valve from the pipeline.
